if you missed 2 birth control pills and double up during week 1 will I ovulate and get preganant?

I missed 2 days of yaz and doubled up during week 1.I've been on the pill for 4 months now,6 days after I missed them I had sex and the condom broke as my bf was withdrawing.im scared and am worried that I ovulated and will become pregnant.I need help
