Hi Shenay123,

Thank you for being a part of the EmpowHER community and sharing your question.

Having no signs of a menstrual cycle after 15 days and two negative pregnancy test, I can totally understand your frustration and confusion.

Are you using a home pregnancy test?

Negative results are more likely to be wrong than positive results typically, with home pregnancy test.  However, with your menstrual cycle having been delayed past one week (giving time for your HCG levels to show in your urine), it's likely that your hormones are the cuprit.

Are you experiencing any of the following that could be affecting your hormones?

  • Stress
  • Jetlag
  • Lack of sleep
  • Too much exercise

If you are trying to have a baby, that alone can be stressful due to the anticipation, etc.   Make an appt to see your doctor to have him/her administer a pregnancy test and to discuss way to get your hormones back in balance.

In the meantime, do what you can to eat healthy, exercise and get rest to reduce your stress to promote hormone balance.  Best wishes with conceiving :-)

I hope this helps.

Be well,

~Gillette
