I'm 19 days late for my period, I have taken 4 home pregnacy test all come back negative, I don't have any signs of pregnancy appart from the obvious missing period. what's going on?

I'm stressing alot about this, due to the fact I'm not ready for a child. We had unprotected sex however his sperm didn't have any contact with my body, so what's going on? Is it just late because I'm stressing about it? Is it late because I am pregnant?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Anytime you have unprotected sex, even if he doesn't ejaculate inside.  Your chances for pregnancy to occur are higher. You might want to see your doctor to have blood work done.  Stress can definitely cause a delay on ovulation and menstruation. Hope this was helpful?
