She said to have a back up birth control method for two weeks? I had unprotected sex 6 days after missing two pills & he ejaculated in me but I was also taking my pills every day at the same time for the 6 days as well without having any sex until the 6th day. What are my chances of being safe of pregnancy?..

Definitely use a backup birth control method (or refrain from sex). I thought I mentioned that in my reply? Some doctors recommend doing that for up to 2 weeks. No one can tell you exactly what your chances are of becoming pregnant, but when the pills are not taken correctly, there is some risk.

Hi, Anon.
Thank you for your post today.
Birth control pills are very effective in preventing pregnancy if used correctly and consistently. It's best to make up a missed pill if possible. Example: If you just missed one, take it as soon as you remember. If you don't remember until the next day, go ahead and take 2 pills that day. If you forget to take your pills for 2 days, take 2 pills the day you remember and 2 pills the next day. You will then be back on schedule. Use a backup method of birth control as well. Call your doctor for further instructions if you miss more than 2 pills.
