A month ago I started doing 100 sit ups a day. My breast are just a tad tender. I also have a little cramping here and there and that my period is about come "smell". I've been a little stress as well

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
A normal period can be anywhere between 21-35 days a part. So it seemed like you had 2 periods in one month but they actually occurred within the normal time frame.
It is not likely you are pregnant, because you were not ovulating when you had sex on Nov 1st.
Having late or missed periods is common and usually nothing to worry about. Increase in exercise can cause irregularities, and also stress. Since you have some PMS symptoms, you may get your period soon.

Hello,
So, first of all, you should not assume that feeling sick or vomiting is necessarily related to your missed period. Treat your symptoms as if you have the flu.
Most doctors immediately prescribe birth control to regulate your periods. But keep in mind that it is not necessary to have a period unless you wish to become pregnant. If you have severe symptoms however (such as unbearable cramping without bleeding) you need to see a gynecologist to get a pap smear.

Is there a chance I could be pregnant from the sexual intercourse that happened even with the pull out method? I just don't understand I'm not feeling myself I feel bloated and also like I said queasy
