im a 28 yr old women.n wntd 2 start taking folic acid tablet???

i got married 3 yrs bck n v nvr planned a child.bt i yr bck i got diagonised wit thyroid n my peroids got irregular.i startd taking medications 4 thyoird n its under control nw.v wntd 2 plan a pregnancy so v consulted d doctor n got d periods regular.6 mths bck i got pregnant bt unfortunatly @ d 12th week she got d bleeding n v wnt 2 d doc.aftr d sonography report v came 2 no tat d baby had nt grown aftr d 7th week n d heart beat of d baby also stopped n v hd no option bt 2 abort it.doc said nw dnt plan d pregnancy 4 2 mths n u can thn plan it again.her periods came 4 1 mth n v r waiting 4 another period 2 cum...can u plz suggest us sumthn coz v really need a baby by d end of ths yr??whn can v plan n shud v start taking folic acid tablet nw???
