Can you tell us more about your description of "always" being tired? It is helpful to be specific, as being "tired" can be experienced as physical (unable to walk more than 5 feet, unable to keep eyes open, sleepy, fatigued) and it can also be emotional/mental (unmotivated, lack of desire, sad).

Once you describe the exact observable behavior that you describe as being tired, it is also important to be able to list the when/why/how. You said it happens "always", but is it always at work, at home, after dinner, when you wake up, after eating certain foods?

You can keep a health diary that describes what type of "tired" you are experiencing each hour, and note your mood, what you ate, medications you took, how long you slept (and quality of sleep), stress level, exercise or physical activity, etc.

Can you do this for one week, and let us know what you discover? You may be sad or depressed, you may feel unfulfilled in a relationship, home or work and need a change, you may be feeling lonely or scared of a life change...or you may have other physical symptoms that can indicate a type of chronic fatigue syndrome or other physical medical condition (please know: depression is a medical condition, too!).
