I'm on birth control i finish a pack and started another one while taking one of my active pill it fell from my hand (in the street)

Because you missed that pill that fell in the street, your risk for pregnancy increased. Also, because ovulation is the most fertile time, you increased your risk of pregnancy with that factor as well.
Did you and your boyfriend by chance use a back up birth control method (condom, withdrawal method, etc.)?
If not, then yes, you could be pregnant.
