Welcome again to EmpowHER. I see that you asked a similar question a few days ago, and received a reply from Helena.
Without having unprotected vaginal intercourse, pregnancy is not likely.
Back pain is not a sign of early pregnancy. If the pain persists or worsens, please call your primary care physician.
