Having same pain for four days now, very sleepy last two days. No injury or physical exertion to cause it. Sweating when I sleep, chills.

Guide (reply to kpuhl2010)

Hello kpuhl2010,

The underlying cause of your symptoms can range from a viral syndrome to tuberculosis. Since these symptoms have persisted for four days, you really need to consult your primary care physician.

Guide

Chest pain is almost always considered an emergency. Is the pain lasting for more than a few minutes? Are you having shortness of breath? Are you sweating? Do you have a feeling of impending doom? Do you feel nauseous or the need to vomit? Is your skin clammy? Do you feel faint? Do you feel unusually tired? These are all signs of a heart attack and you need to call 911 and get to the emergency room now.
