Im feeling pushing in my tummy when i touch trhe area its very hard and i feel like throwing up what could it be?

I have been feeling like throwing up for 2 wks and feel a pushing in my stomach and when i touch the area i feel this at it feel's very hard and the harness/pushing changes location in my stomach but i have been told im not pregnat and thats what it feels like

Can I ask if you had unprotected sex during your most fertile days? Do you believe you might be pregnant?

If so, who was it who told you that you are not? Did you do a home pregnancy test, or did you get tested at the doctor's office?

If you are sure that you aren't pregnant, has anyone close to you been sick recently? Might you be nauseous because you've caught the flu, and are dealing with sore muscles in the stomach (from being nauseous or vomiting) as well?

Have you ever had ovarian cysts, or fibroids in your uterus?
