Hi Anonymous
I'm sorry you are in pain. This information is a little vague though, so it is hard to point you toward resources. There are many things that can cause abdominal distension and pain, including things like reflux up at your esophagus all the way down to appendicitis or bowel obstruction at the other end. So I would need a little more detail to know in which direction to point you.
Any time you have new, sharp pain, I suggest seeing your health care provider. Acute pain is your body's way of telling you something is wrong, and it is usually wise to listen. Have you seen a provider yet?
We have a section on the digestive system here, with news and articles: https://www.empowher.com/condition/digestive-system/news. Maybe some of this would be of help to you. In the meantime, please make an appointment to get checked out in case you have something going on that needs intervention.
Please let us know if we can help further.
