I'm less than 5 %hcg level. still feel pregnant. even breasts are tender and sometimes feels like a let down or something tingling were trying and we haven't been using any protection me or my husband.

Thank you for choosing the EmpowHER community and for sharing your question. Trying to get pregnant is an exciting time, but also can be stressful as sometimes we just need to let mother nature do her job :-)

Less than 5% hCG usually is a sign of not being pregnant. However, the hCG level usually rises as pregnancy progresses, doubling every 48-72 hours until 11-12 weeks of the pregnancy, so wait a couple days and retest if you period still doesn't come. 

Having tender breasts is a positive sign. I wish you and your husband the best. Let me know if you take another test later this week and the result.
