Hi walking dead
Thanks for your question and it's great to see you asking for help.
We have a great resource for you here: http://www.empowher.com/coping-depression
Here is a list of various support groups in Middlesex County: http://groups.psychologytoday.com/rms/county/NJ/Middlesex.html
Here is a list from the Freedomfromfear website, for New Jersey. There are some here that can help you, I think: http://www.freedomfromfear.org/supportgroup.asp#NEW JERSEY
walking dead, many hospitals have therapy opportunities, often for free or on a sliding scale. It's a good idea to call hospitals near you to see what they offer.
Will you let me know if this list helps you or if we can help you further?

Hi there, EmpowHER contacted a nurse who lives in New Jersey and she suggested looking into Hackensack and Valley hospital in northern NJ and in Middle NJ -- Saint Barnabas, Mountainside, Overlook or Morristown Memorial. It's great you're reaching out and hope you'll update us or let us know if there are any other ways EmpowHER can support you.
