Me and my neighbor have had sex a few times since i was 15. (i'm 18 now) I feel as he is the only one who can actually turn me on. I tried to have sex with other people but I didn't get any pleasure out of it. But if i have sex with my neighbor i orgasm almost every time. I cant have sex with him anymore because he has a girlfriend. So i feel stuck in my sex life. what should i do?

I don't honestly think you need to do anything! There are many people in this world: some who we are sexually attracted to, some we aren't.

You still like your neighbor (is he your same age?), and your feelings for him may be strong enough where you do not have feelings for other men. That is OK. If your neighbor (assuming you two are the same age, or close) does not share the same feelings towards you, it can take some time to move forward into another relationship.

You can get to know other 18-year old men, have boyfriends, and not be sexually active with them until you DO have feelings for them. It will happen; you will find another man that you are head-over-heels for, even though you don't feel like it right now.

So, the answer that you don't want to hear: be patient, get to know lots of people, and you will find another man who gives you butterflies, makes you excited to be near him, and with whom you have a sexual energy and attraction with.
