Hi Anon,
First, I just want to remind you that the process of trying to conceive can sometimes take a few months to 6 months to even a year, so be patient with the process.
If you have a regular, 28 day period, then your ovulation days would be between days 14-16 (that's 14 days after the 1st day of your period). That week you may want to have sex every other day for maximum chance of conception. If you do not have a regular period, then it can be more difficult to pinpoint a certain time of the month when you would have more unprotected sex but this doesn't mean you can't conceive. The good old fashioned method of unprotected sex will work for you, you just have to be patient.
Best of luck to you!
Rosa
