You would have to have sex, yes. Unless the sperm was placed or ejaculated into the vaginal canal by some other means. There is a realistic way to get pregnant, and not.

Just rubbing won't cause pregnancy. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside her vagina or (more rarely) on the opening. Accidents can happen, so it’s best to use protection during any genital to genital contact.
