I was lying on my back and my boyfriend was on top of me , he tried going in me (anal) but I told him to stop , and he did . I didn't feel him wet cause I was the one that moved his penis away from my backside . But even if he was wett could it get in me and make me pregnant even if I had my panties on ?

If his penis was wet- meaning, had pre-cum or sperm on it, then no you cannot get pregnant unless he actually put it on your vagina (and not your underwear). I would be more concerned about the possibility of STD's and other infections. Please practice safe sex even if you don't plan on having intercourse.
