I'm worried I might be pregnant?

My boyfriend and I were messing around and I gave him a handjob and he wiped himself with a paper towel. The semen didn't really touch his hands. After he used a lot of hand sanitizer and we waited a few minutes before he started to pull my pants down. He performed oral sex on me, not touching my vagina. He only touched it once at the very top. At that time I was done ovulating. Could I be pregnant? I'm really scared and have learned my lesson. It's about time for my period and right now I have tender breasts and feel nauseous sometimes and haven't been eating properly, but I think it's because I'm so scared and nervous about being pregnant. I'm stressing really bad and I think it might cause my period to be late too. Please help, thank you.

Hello Alexa123,

Thank you for sharing your question with the community.  I understand how worried you must be feeling and i'd love to give you some information that will put your mind at ease.

Pregnancy can only occur if your male partner ejaculates into your vagina during intercourse.  If this does not happen not even the slightest bit of sperm close to, or on your vagina can make you pregnant.

Your period will probably come as usual.  If it is last or irregular it is most likely because of the stress you are experiencing.

I hope this has helped ease your mind.  Let us know if you have any more questions.
