I don't go out often, I'm a very introverted person and it takes a lot for me to even go on a date. I'm not depressed or anything, just really busy and happy being on my own... I went out with a couple friends last month, it happened so fast and I ended up going home with someone and we had unprotected sex.. I was really really upset with myself, I take pride in the fact that I can count how many men I've been with on one hand (I am 25). The next day my period came, five days early, I thought it was all good and didn't take a plan b because of it (sadly I've had to take it once before with my ex fiancé and it made me really sick so I was happy to see my period and not have to take it). There's a lot going on in my life right now, so I'm not sure if it could be stress, diet, new routines and being heavy in the fitness world. This month on the day period normally starts, It started off with typical brown lining but really light bleeding to almost none, today's day three of this. I took two tests which came back negative but I am stressed beyond belief about this now and I don't know why this is happening? Am I pregnant? Please help, I need to make the best desiscion for everyone involved

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. I am glad you reached out to us. You can be assured that you are not pregnant. You had a period following the one incident of unprotected intercourse.
The change in your period this month is most likely the result of stress, new routine and increased level of exercise.
