Hi. So this may be a silly question, but I am still looking for straight answers as to what may be wrong with me. So I had a normal period last month around the 13th of May I believe, and I THINK I got my period today. I got it this morning and I have several clots of blood drip out when I go to the bathroom and more than half of a normal-sized pad it currently filled up. The blood wasn't pink and it wasn't really brown, but I was wondering if this could be implantation? The reason I ask this is because I have had stomach aches and have felt like I was going to throw up for the past three days, which I never get during my period, and I also had mild cramps two days right before my period, which I also never get.I have never had sex, but I have had oral sex with my boyfriend. I think the last time we had oral was around June 5th, but his penis has never touched my vagina. I was wondering if I could possibly be pregnant, or if this is normal.

Okay never mind. It looks like my period is just starting to come back again. This is really weird.. o.o haha.

Okay well. I was bleeding fairly heavy around the 17th, the 18th was moderately heavy, and now today, the 19th, there is hardly any bleeding at all. I have heard that excessive exercise can cause periods to be abnormal. I had exercised every day for a week and a half around June 1st - June 12th, which is something I don't normally do, and I think that was around the time I was ovulating as I had symptoms around June 9th. And I also heard that stress can really affect a period and cause it to be short,or even late, and I was really stressing out about my period for about a week. My period is on-time this month, but it has never been this short. As stated before, I have never had sex, but have had oral sex. So,is this normal?

Hi Anon,
Since you had your period May 13-- did you test for pregnancy this month when it was late?
It does not sound like Implantation Bleeding-- although implantation bleeding can vary in color from light pink to brown it is not heavy at all. Implantation bleeding is actually not bleeding at all, but more like light spotting. If you are still bleeding today then this was your period.
