My period is currently 10 days late, and I'm on day 46 of my cycle. Last night, I started having light pink/brown spotting and it has continued to be very light today as well. I haven't had sex in 15 days and we had used condoms, all my pregnancy tests are negative. Is this likely to be the start of my period or implantation bleeding?

Welcome again to EmpowHER. I see that you posted about a late period just a few days ago. You mention that your physician did not think you were pregnant.
Since you have had protected sex and several negative pregnancy test results, I think the spotting and light bleeding is the start of your period.
