Insect bite

4 days ago I got a few bites and my ankle has been swollen every since. They are itchy and one that looked like it had 2 entry points was seeping for a couple of days. Today my leg where the bites were seems to be like a fading bruise (yellowish). I've been taking benadryl and using ice. Is there a need to seek medical treatment?

Hello. Thank you for posting.

Only you can be the judge. If it's still swollen and itchy, even if the bite marks themselves look better, see your doctor or visit an Urgent Care or walk-in type clinic. If it seems to be getting markedly better, you might be ok. As I say, only you can judge.
