I suggest that you call your primary care physician and make an appointment to be looked out. Are the white spots flat or are they lumps? Nasal polyps appear as pearly gray lumps lying on the floor of the nose. You may have erysipelatous inflammation of the external nose. Erysipelas is a streptococcal infection of the skin.
