Guide

Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
This problem is usually caused because of a lack of proper lubrication and/or relaxation. When a female is aroused the vaginal muscles expand, and create lubrication. In order for this to occur some girls need sufficient for-play. If you simply try to penetration without her being properly aroused, she will feel pain.
I suggest that you start with 5-10 minutes of for-play, find out what she likes. She may like making-out, a massage, or cunnilingus etc. Let her guide you. Also use a water-based lubricant.
If you have had sex many times before this without a problem then the there is probably a more serious problem. She could have a yeast, or bladder infection for example, which makes sex very painful. In that case, she will need to see a gynecologist and receive treatment.
