Hi Anon,

Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community.

There are a number of reasons why this could be happening like; dramatic weight change, extreme exercise, stress, illness and/or medication, reaction to contraceptive pills, but hormonal imbalance is the most common reason.

Are you experiencing heavy bleeding and/or more painful cramping than normal? Any large clots passing?

There are some instances where two menstrual cycles in one month can indicate something more serious going on. To be on the safe side, anytime you notice any changes to your normal menstrual cycle you should consult your doctor.

I hope this helps.
Be well,

I'm thinking it's stress I started working a new position at work and its definitely more stressful. I'm not bleeding heavy its pretty light and not constant.
