Now, just wish that my family (parents and twin sister) wouldn't be brainwashed by mainstream medicine to see where I'm coming from. Basically, its gotten to the point that my mom will make a appointment for me to see a doctor about it. In which I'm not happy about because I'm way beyond fed up with this. At this point in time I keep reminding them about my age and beyond. At the same time usually leave it alone and it usually goes away in a matter short period of time. Most of time hear a pop in the them.

Hello Jessica,

I appreciate what you are saying.

The most common cause of ear wax blockage or impaction is the use of Q-tips, which can remove superficial wax but also pushes the rest of the wax deeper into the ear canal. Use a towel or Q-tip to clean the outer or external ear and avoid inserting the Q-tip deeply in the ear canal.

The hydrogen peroxide and water method is a safe way to clear ear wax buildup.
In a glass, mix together equal parts 3% hydrogen peroxide and warm water.

Soak a cotton ball in the solution.

Tilt the ear that's suffering from earwax buildup upward. Your head should be tilted sideways. Do this while sitting down to make the application of the solution easier.

Take the soaked cotton ball and squeeze some of the peroxide solution into the ear. A few drops are more than enough.

Wait for gravity to bring the peroxide down through the wax. You should feel a tingling sensation as the bubbles fizzle in your ear.

Tilt your head the opposite way and wait for the solution to drain out.

Let me know if this helps.
