In the beginning of February my boyfriend and I were fooling around but had never had sexual intercourse. I gave him oral sex and then kissed him, after that he gave me oral sex. I'm worried that I'm pregnant because after we kissed he rubbed his hand from where his mouth was (and the saliva potentially having sperm on it) to inside of me. I had a period after that but with barely any cramping and it was lighter than usual, but still three days of heavier bleeding. I took a pregnancy test a week later just in case (to try to ease my mind) and went to the doctor to get birth control pills because we hadn't had sex yet and I wanted to be safe.
I started taking the pills when I got my period a few weeks later. That was also a lighter period than normal with virtually no cramping. I didn't miss any pills, took them all at exactly 8 pm until I finished the pack (but we had sex while I was on the pill). Afterwards I had a very light period with only two days of very red blood. When it was over I went for a pap test and asked the doctor about it she said that it's normal when you first take birth control.
During my month of taking birth control I had a variety of symptoms (gassiness, 3 pounds weight gain, headaches, higher blood pressure etc) that I didn't feel were worth having (I'd rather get an IUD). My doctor sent me for a blood test to make sure the symptoms weren't from something else (turns out I am borderline anemic). I took another pregnancy test (both were First Response with the morning urine) a few days ago just to be "Sure" because by now if the first encounter without any protection had made me pregnant I'd be 13 weeks along. I'm just worried that I'll be one of those "I didn't know I was pregnant" bleeding while pregnant and getting negative test results people and find out I'm pregnant too late to have an abortion...
What do you think? If I were pregnant even if they weren't screening for pregnancy on my blood test, would the doctor have seen that or the lab tests made a note to tell my doctor? I know it all sounds ridiculous and I hope it's all in my head. I feel like my stomach is poking out a bit more and I noticed a dark line on my belly a few weeks ago (linea nigra). If I don't have a normal period again in two weeks then I'll go to a clinic for another pregnancy test.

A week or two ago my boyfriend and i were fooling around and he tried to have anal sex with me. im pretty sure that he didnt ejacualate and he had no precum either because i kept making him check. i had this pain in my stomach on sunday and i didnt know why. i keep worrying that i might be pregnant. is there a chance for me to be pregnant? is it just all in my head?
