Recently, I've heard "fasted cardio" in the morning is better to help burn fat. Is this true? What is the difference between fasted cardio in the morning and cardio after your daily meals in the evening?

Welcome to EmpowHER. There is no set time that's cardio is best. It all depends what fits best in your schedule. One of the reasons some people choose to exercise in the morning, is to get a boost on getting your day going. Hope this was helpful?
