Is it normal for a 60 year old female to have an enlarged lymph node and a dilated duct

Lymph nodes will swell following injury or infection.

Where is the enlarged lymph node and dilated duct seen? In your breast?

Dilated ducts on breast imaging may be seen on many breast imaging modalities and can arise from a number of causes which can be both benign or malignant.
