I do eat I just been stressed out because I had brown discharge when i was supposed to get my period I took 2 EC pills last month and I'm on birth control every missed a pill. I will never take an EC pill again. My height is 5ft 1ch I'm 22 years old. My normal weight is 105 on Monday I weighted 96lbs Wednesday 95lbs and today 91lbs. I don't get hungry at all but I do eat because I don't want to have an empty stomach. What should I do I don't want to lose any more weight.

Hi Marrie

Please make an appointment with a doctor. There are times when a website can help you out (like us) but if you are worried, now is the time so see a doctor.

Thank you I will eat even if I'm not hungry. And I will drink the nutrious shake.

Hi Marrie

This may be from stress but for your height, this is a very significant weight loss - 14 pounds - in a very short time.

My advice is to talk to your doctor about it, he/she may need to run some tests to make sure there is no underlying reason for this weight loss other than recent stress.

In the meantime, try to eat regularly even if you're not hungry and make every calorie count - eat high calorie but nutritious foods. A nutrional Shake like Boost or Ensure everyday will help too.
