Hi again Denise,
I would go to your gynecologist and get a check up. It is not always common to have 2 week periods as the older we get, usually the lighter periods get. It may be common, for you, to have long periods but getting checked for any abnormalities would be important and to be sure there are no underlying issues. Especially, in our 30s, we should be getting tested regularly.
As for your question about possible future pregnancy, you would have to talk to your doctor about that as well. Be sure to write down all the questions you have before your appointment. Can you keep us posted?
Good luck,

Hi Denise,
It is not NORMAL to have a period for two weeks although many people have periods at least for 10 days. This is very common in your teenage years into your early 20s.
How old are you? Are you experiencing any pain?
Thanks for the updates.
