Hello Anonymous,

There is not a set answer to your question because every woman is different. Some women experience cramping during ovulation, while others may have cramps during the first days of their period.

What is normal for you? Do you have "period pains" a week or two before your period starts?

Are your menstrual cycles regular? Many factors, beside pregnancy, can cause a period to be late. Being under a lot of stress, excessive exercising, being ill and excessive weight loss are just a few.

Try to relax. If you do not get a period at all this month. Repeat the test or contact your physician.

Regards,
Maryann
