Hi Ama Afrah,

When you experience a heavier discharge during ovulation, it typically lasts a few days to maybe a week. However, discharge is absolutely normal at any point during your cycle and unless it has a cottage cheese texture, foul odor, or a different color other than clear or white-- it is not harmful to your health. If you experience pain along with any other symptom mentioned above, please schedule a visit with your doctor.

Good Luck,

Rosa
