Hi omolayo,

Everyone is different.  It might be possible for a man to stop ejaculation before reaching a full orgasm if he puts his mind to it. This is something you might want to talk to him about and in seeing a doctor.

Daisy

Hi omolayo,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Don't know if this can be your husband condition. Delayed ejaculation. Can be cause by many different reasons like medicines -- like antidepressants, it's age. As we grow older, the nerve endings in the penis become less sensitive,  chronic health conditions, surgeries or maybe it's something personal he feels he can ejaculate inside him.  This is something that might be good for him to explain to a doctor.

I've included a link that might be helpful
