Hi deecasco, The PMS symptoms that you have doesn't necessarily mean that you're pregnant. Since you mentioned you had unprotected sex it is best to do a pregnancy test which I know you mentioned here that you did. The PMS symptoms that you're having and especially at young age usually means the hormones are imbalanced. If you're blood test results come out normal which they usually do and still have PMS symptoms you can try taking hormone balance supplements. If you decide to get them always do get them being organic and natural. Thyroid and hormone tests usually comes out normal but if you still experience symptoms it means you're either iodine deficient or your hormones are not balanced and such matters are not shown in blood tests. Iodine testing is done through urine and hormone imbalance if blood test is normal it is best supplementing on hormone balance tablets. I hope this helps you.

Hello deecasco,

Generally. PMS symptoms occur during the last two weeks of your menstrual cycle. Though the exact cause of PMS is unknown, it seems to be related to the fluctuating levels of hormones, including estrogen and progesterone, that occur in preparation for menstruation.

Pregnancy can be ruled out, since you have had negative pregnancy test results, as the reason you have not had your period. Especially, if you have not had unprotected sex.

Some other possible reasons for a delayed period are excessive stress. extremes weight gain or weight loss, hormonal imbalance.

If the PMS symptoms persist and are debilitating, along with a delayed or absence of a period, consult your gynecologist for a physical exam.

Thank you!
Actually I did have unprotected sex on the first, and I think it is the excess of stress that is probably playing with my hormones, because lately I've been very agressive and moody which I'm normaly not. Either way I'm gonna do a blood test on Wednesday to find out what's going on with me.

Thanks for your comment :)
