Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. The first symptom of pregnancy is usually a missed period.  If you are bleeding and having a positive test, it might be the beginning of a miscarriage. It's important to see your doctor and an ultrasound will confirm if indeed you are pregnant.
