Itching in pubic.

I have been to many doctors for this problems something is truly biting me and itching me severly. For 3 years i have not gotten heal. They say it dermatitis its yeast its my skin tearing. When i shower i see these tiny black things on my white wash clothe and sometimes on my underwear. The doctor has check me several times many different on no crabs check with the light. What do i have i truly need help a parasite its something. Its not in my mind.

Please get tested for allergies. You could be allergic to certain foods or other irritants like soap, body wash, laundry detergent and the like, that is causing this itch. If you are negative for any kind of parasite or STI, then allergy allergy testing is a good idea.
