Hi BaByLeSS,
December 23, 2010 - 9:12amThanks for your question and for being a part of the EmpowHER community. Smoking (and second hand smoke) can affect fertility. There are things related to fertility you can control and those things you can't control. If it has been three full years you have really been trying to get pregnant, you may have bigger problems with fertility than smoking. Have you talked with your doctor about your desire to get pregnant. Have they performed any tests to see if there are any medical problems causing you to not be able to get pregnant?
