Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for asking us for help.

Since you had your period, you are not pregnant. When was the last day of your period? Was the flow normal? Did it last the normal amount of days? When did the cramping start?

Contact your gynecologist or primary care physician because severe cramping should not be ignored and must be evaluated by physical exam.

Regards,
Maryann

Hi Anonymous,

This could be premenstrual cramping. Brown vaginal discharge indicates old blood or might be implantation bleeding.

If your period for December is late by at least seven days, take a pregnancy test.

Regards,
Maryann
