Guide

Hello,

Missing a period is no cause for alarm.  It is normal for periods to be unpredictable at times due to hormonal changes in the body.

The only time it is necessary to have a regular period is if you are trying to become pregnant or you have severe negative symptoms related to your cycle such as debilitating pain.
