je voudrais savoir d'ou ca proviens le liquide pleural et quand il s'agit d'un épanchement pleural d'origine cardiaque ! ou pulmonaire ! autant que stagiaire je souhaiterais connaitre l'etude biochimique et cytologique de ce liquide

Quand nous respirons,Il est comme un soufflet.Nous respirons l'air dans nos poumons et les côtes déménager et le diaphragme s'abaisse.Pour le poumon de se développer,son revêtement doit coulisser avec le mouvement de la paroi thoracique.
