Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

I just started the fat burner pills yesterday, I was working out previously a little bit before I started them simply some sit ups and going for like a 15-20 minute jog, may I mention I am only 20 and weigh like 125 lbs. I just wanted to lose my stomach that I have got from having a baby a little more than a year ago I really don't want to lose weight anywhere else. So the pills im sure are going to effect everyone differently according to diet and excersise. I do eat a lot I guess but I try to eat healthy. I don't eat sweets hardly ever, also I cut pop completely out of my diet and all other caffines. I drink a lot of water and some milk occasionally. The pills so far do make me kind of feel gittery but they do boost my energy. I didn't drink a whole lot of caffine to begin with so I think that is why the pills do that to me even eating on top of them I still feel that way. I think if you are used to getting a decent amount of caffine in a day the pills might not effect you. I wouldn't suggest drinking anythink with caffine while your dieting anyways!

I just started the pills today, they seem to curb you're desire to eat. You feel hungry but don't want to eat much. As soon as you take a few bites you're done. It also seems to give you energy and drive to move. It does make you feel lighter around your tummy area. In couple weeks I hope to see some weight loss.

I have not used her diet supplements but I have used the Colon Cleanse and I like it a lot. It's gentle and doesn't have you running to the bathroom.

The 1st time I used it I wasn't eating as well as I am now and I had a lot of "cleasning" going on. I am now a vegetarian and I did not have as much "cleansing" the last time which I found to be a positive thing.

If you read Jillian's "Making the Cut" she lists a bunch of supplements at the end that aid in "peaking" or when you are trying to get to your best body for whatever occasion. She lists recommended items as well as drugs you should avoid. All of the ingredients listed in the Fat Burning pill are listed in the safe list of things to take when you are peaking. It may not have anything more powerful than caffeine as the main weight loss drug, but she explains in her book that that type of caffeine (Not from Coffee) is helpful in boosting your metabolism. Which is why I believe she endorsed it in the first place. It is a combination of all of the supplements that she recommends in her book that are safe for the body. That would also explain why she might take them. She says in her book that these are the things she uses right before she needs to "peak" for a photo shoot or a video or something to look her best. They aren't the same as your typical diet pill because they don't contain many of the heavy chemicals that other pills do. These pills are an aid to diet and exercise. You have to eat right and work out. Sitting there wont help. They just help to lose more weight faster.

I was researching Jillian Michaels and her supplements. I found ABC providing law suites of how researchers have found them to be unhealthy and possibly deadly. I'm still reviewing, but in case anyone would like to view:

I'm still looking for a cleanser that I can add to my healthy eating and workouts.
