- Do you have a particular health condition that you're interested in? I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer in Aug '07 and have been dealing with it ever since. I have papillary thy ca with follicular varience, with mets to my spine and left lung.
- What do you find is the most valuable part of an online community. It is great to have other people to talk to about what you are going through, I have a wonderful support system but it is comforting to talk to others who are going through what I am, because they understand...

Welcome to EmpowHer. As you mentioned I'm somewhat familiar with your story and know you have a lot to offer in terms of knowledge. I also find your spirit inspiring. Hattie, can you share with others your experience when you found out about your thyroid cancer and what measures you took to tackle it?
