l have been on the pill for 4 years nw 1 week now no more pills l need to be pregnant again quickly..is it possible

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
I am uncertain your exact situation due to your phrasing. But what I understand is that you want to know how quickly you can become pregnant after you stop taking the pill.
Typically it takes roughly 2 weeks of being off the pill in order to ovulate. It is possible to bemuse pregnant as soon as you ovulate after you stop taking the pill.
