The delay in the start of your period for December is most likely a side effect of taking the morning after pill. Changes in the menstrual cycle are a reported side effect. Some women start their next period either earlier or later than normal.
Since you had unprotected sex on the day following the last day of your November period, you would not have been ovulating and not likely to conceive. Did you take the pill four days after having unprotected sex?

I had unprotected sex nov 21-23 around those dates then took motning after 4 days later and have not had a period .

It is possible that you were ovulating around November 21.
Ovulation can be calculated by starting with the day the last menstrual period (LMP) starts or by calculating 12-16 days from the next expected period. Most women ovulate anywhere between Day 11 - Day 21 of their cycle, counting from the first day of the LMP. This is what many refer to as the "fertile time" of a woman's cycle, because sexual intercourse during this time increases the chance of pregnancy. Ovulation can occur at various times during a cycle, and may occur on a different day each month.
The morning after pill can be taken up to 5 days after unprotected sex, but works better if taken sooner.
Since your period is late by more than one month, you should take a pregnancy test.
