If you are at least 7 days late, your hcg levels should be enough to determine if you are pregnant.

Hi Anon,

Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community.

Since you are starting to get some cramping and have headaches, your menstrual cycle is more than likely on it's way.  However if you are having unprotected sex you are definitely a candidate for pregnancy.

Are you trying to conceive?  Perhaps you are experiencing and irregular menstrual cycle for some reason like stress or something else that causes an imbalance with your hormones.

If you are really worried about it, take a home pregnancy.

I hope this helps.

Be well,

~Gillette
