i started when i was 11 and now i am almost 50 when should i stop having periods i am 7 day late now and i am regular most of the time

Menopause happens at a different time for individual women. However, the median age for onset of menopause is 51. A good reference would be to recognize when your mother or grandmother went through menopause--you likely will follow in a similar fashion. Have you been experiencing any perimenopause symptoms or other symptoms yet?
