My last period was in July 3rd . I forgot when was the last time I had sex , probably about 2 weeks ago and never ejaculate inside , but I think my ovulation is late cause I felt a cramp the left side of my lower abdomen , my cervical mucus was like a jello , and that was like a week ago . My last periods were May 10th , June 6th , and July 3rd . Was it regular ? I'm 5 days late now , yesterday I took HPT and it was negative .
I'm so stressed out . I cry all the time cause next month I'm going abroad for a year . I experience extreme backaches since before my period was due , just a little bit of breast soreness , a little cramps yesterday .
Last week I was very exhausted . Could be that ?? or I'm in a lot of stress ?
Please help me . Thanx .

It sounds to me like you're stressing yourself out. Stress can certainly disrupt your normal cycle.
I suggest a trip to your OB/GYN is in order before you leave for that trip.
