Late Period, Only 2 Days long?

My Period was suppose to come around the 1st of this month, but didnt show up until the 10th. I had heavy bleeding for about 2 days, with heavy cramps, and vomitting and as of yesterday afternoon, nothing. My bf and I had sex on the 16th of the previous month, and about 6 days later I had some spontaneous bleeding. After that around the time my period was suppose to come, I was experiencing, Lower Abdomen Cramps, Dizziness, Nausea, and headaches during this time. As of right now I feel Really Good, no cramps, dizziness, no nothing. This has never happened to me, ive always been pretty regular at my periods. I was very stressed out from work during these past 2 weeks due to added work from a vacationing coworker. Could I be pregnant, Miscarriage, or maybe just stressed out?
